Customised Products: The dispatch time is around 4-5 working days as the piece is specially handcrafted for you. It will be delivered within 10-12 days after you order.
Non custom: Once you place an order with us, we make sure to dispatch it within 48-72 hours and get it delivered to you within 3-6 working days after dispatch.
Returns & Replacement
Replacement Policy: • 7 days for damaged/defective products (no extra cost) • 12 hours for physical damage/broken items (with unboxing video) We've got you covered!
